Exchange and Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges within the UK


We offer FREE returns and exchanges for UK customers within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We cannot provide refunds on items which are not in their original condition, or are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery cannot be refunded.

  • Please fill in the Returns & Exchanges form included in your delivery and follow the instructions to return or exchange your order. Can’t find the form?  Send us a quick email with your full name and delivery address and we'll email you another:  customercare@kinderwilder.com 
  • All items must be returned back to us in their original condition and in the original hatbox and shipping packaging.
  • We aim to process all UK returns and exchanges within 3-5 working days of receipt of the item. However please note it can take up to 14 days from returning your order to receive a refund.

If the exchange you have requested is not in stock we will contact you and discuss how you would like to proceed.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before the refund clears in your account.

RETURNING YOUR ITEM/S

To return your product, you should mail your product to:
KINDERWILDER Returns, 79 Grosvenor Road, London, N10 2DU, United Kingdom.

Return postage is free for UK customers. Please follow the instructions on your Returns Form included in your delivery.

Customers outside the UK are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning their item. Regrettably, we cannot offer free returns for purchases made outside the UK. We’re really sorry about this, but it’s not something we can feasibly provide. Please follow the instructions on your Returns Form included in your delivery.


We advise you to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance when posting your item/s back to us, as there is always a chance items may be mislaid or lost in transit and we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS & YOUR RIGHTS
